HERE IS A GLIMPSE INTO WHAT HAPPENS DAILY

The quality of your resting breathing is vital to your energy and health. This is not breathwork but breath control. This 2 min method is the simplest way to begin optimizing your energy and health. You will begin to set your goals 

If you are in a contracted state then the clarity of your goals will be cloudy. First focus on a breathing method to become relaxed and then get clear on what you want. Learn the first step to the SMARTASS Goal System (S.A.G.S). S = Statement Of Intent. Creating this bold statement will help you put your footprint into what it is YOU want! 



You are a unique individual with a unique energy type.  Find out what your energy type is following the ayurvedic system and learn how to balance it through a wide range of dietary recommendations. Begin using my guided 20 min breathwork routine on How To Create Your Reality and move to the next phase of the S.A.G.S. M = MeasurableWhen you create goals that are measurable then you can create milestones to stay in flow and achieve!

You will keep building your daily routine by adding in some dancing movements. The key to having the energy to achieve your goals is to get into a high vibrational state.  You will move into the next phase of the S.A.G.S. A = Achievable. You can achieve anything but you will learn to identify if you have the means to do it.

You will keep building your daily routine by adding in a fun, simple and  unconventional yoga routine combined with breathing exercises. You will move into the next phase of S.A.G.S. R = Realistic. Once you set realistic goals that you can achieve because you have the means to achieve them then this becomes the fire that drives you for bigger goals.

You will add in one of my favorite methods. Shaking! Not just shaking but supercharged shaking. Release the tension or disbelief that you can’t achieve your goals by shaking it off! You will move into the next phase of S.A.G.S. T = Time Bound. When you create a time frame to your goals then you can break that time frame down and then give yourself tasks to complete so that you reach your time frame. 

Now your daily routine is really coming to life! You may feel that you have resistance or beliefs that don’t align with your goals. Learn to use that energy to transform your mindset so that it propels you forward with focus and positivity! You will move into the next phase of S.A.G.S. A = Action. You now know that your goal is specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timebound, so now you can begin to start putting together an action plan!

The quality of your sleep is going to have a huge impact on your energy levels, emotional state and mental clarity when you wake up to start your day. You will get access to one of my famous guided sleeping breathwork meditation that will leave you feeling rejuvenated to wake up ready to do great things. You will move into the next phase of S.A.G.S. S = Satisfying. Come back to your passion and make sure your goals are satisfying. If they don’t truly make you happy the end result will not be what you hoped.

Now it is time to combine the different components of your routine so far into a supercharging session! With the combinations of movement, meditation and breathwork you will become supercharged in your mind, body and emotions! You will move into the next phase of S.A.G.S. S = Sustainable. Your goals need to be something you can handle and want to handle long term. Set yourself up for greatness by making sure this is something you can sustain. 

Your limitless daily routine is almost ready. We will add in one more special method that will bring you into peak states. It is here that you will take your action steps and take action on them! This will create that unstoppable state of flow! 

You will now learn how to use your routine as a morning practice or use the individual tools you have learned to apply to your routine when needed. You will make a BIG action towards your goal. You will be challenged to expand on your action and really move forward into creating Energy into Action.
