This 4 Week Online Breathwork Course starts with a 3 day Pre-Work Section. In this sections you will learn about the 4 Pillars of Stress, The Difference Between Negative and Positive Stress, How To Break The Stress Wheel and the Science of Stress and Your Nervous System. This will inform you of the depths of your mind and body and how stress can be created and handled. Awareness is KEY and Knowledge is POWER. You will receive both in this 3 Day Pre-Work Section.

Week 1 is focused on Relaxation. You will learn tools and techniques that will allow you to become very relaxed. Most peoples live in a constant state of contraction and in week 1 you learn and experience how to hack your physiology and shift that tension.
Week 2 (Reprogram)
